Early next year, Nicholas Hoult will be keeping us busy. For one, he's headlining a rom-com spin to the religiously followed zombie genre called Warm Bodies and for another, he's playing as Jack, in Summit Entertainment's blockbuster epic, Jack the Giant Slayer. A new trailer just landed online, which was originally aired after a Once Upon a Time episode which involved, what else (?), beanstalk. The trailer looks entirely different from what was initially released last year, and has a lot of new sequences that are naturally teasing. Ewan McGregor is seemingly a treasure to this film.
The story is pretty much the same, with Jack (Hoult), a common farmer, who sets out to a dangerous journey to the giants's realms in hopes of rescuing a kidnapped princess. Ian McShane, Stanley Tucci, Eleanor Tomlinson and Bill Nighy are all joining Hoult and McGregor in the movie which will be under X-Men and X-2 director Bryan Singer's helm.
It opens on theaters March 1st, being pushed back from its summer release. Take a first look at the film by watching the new trailer below. And while you're at it, remember to leave your thoughts on the movie after watching.
