Info Post
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is arguably the best of its series of YA novel-sourced movies. Yes, I had watched all of them, gave them a shot each year...for whatsoever reason. Most of the times I needed to grunt, but if there was one year I need not to grunt, it was 2010. Director David Slade knows a thing about action and it scores my attention.

According to THR's Heat Vision, Slade is eyed by Disney, who is currently planning yet another YA novel-based pic, this time Ally Condie's Matched. The novel is set in the future, in which everything is told. Literally. Which shows and movies to watch, which books to read, which careers to pursue and whosoever person you need to love.

Inside the story is Cassie, whose romantic love for her best friend is ultimately tested when a different person was "matched" with him. Cassie knew he was the one so she takes measures that will confront The Society. (Yes, I've already read this. Bookworm around here).

Matched will be produced by Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot, with Michelle and Kieran Mulroney (writers of Sherlock 2) providing the script. This Disney adaptation is yet to disclose deets on the cast.

More of this as we hear more.
