Info Post
There's no valid reason to debate: 'The Silent House' is a fear frenzy that is a pro when scaling shocks and silence easily. It is the type of horror that will leave you feeling paranoia or at least reminiscent to it, "Oh sh*t, he's right behind you," that is well-made.

Indeed, it takes patience to appreciate the real-time "terror" that 'The Silent House' in the universal language, or La Casa Muda in the other, asserted to have. The gimmick 'one-continuous-shot' and 'based on true events'; the latter wasn't new albeit the former was a delicious new flavor. Still, if people aren't fond of the 'found-footage' cinematography, 'Casa' (reminiscent to [REC], Chronicle and Cloverfield) won't be something they'd plunge into.

Laura alongside her father settle for a night in a secluded lake house to have some repairs done so the house could be brought to sale. Things start to get strange, and then stranger. The silence will shatter Laura's world, and will find out things about her past and the darkness lurking within and around her. [Comment below if you want my synopsis be spoiler-free.]

A big dubiety. I felt a relatively huge scale of that once I saw the full movie.

The 'one-continuous-shot' gimmick barely come out as a solid show, but rather a few misses were painfully visible. Albeit this is negligible for the reason one must be equipped with editing knowledge to notice their mistakes. Ultimately though, the notion of the house that the 'one-continuous-shot' gimmick is rather a true assertion, is achingly debatable; evidences are the crucial sequence of the final confrontation, wherein fade-ins and outs are visible. The novelty of the film comes downhill in the event that the frequent flashing of the Polaroid are noticeable. Looks A LOT like 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre [TRAILER].

However the debate could still pend as long as it wants, but it wouldn't change the delicious and juicy scare fest that made 'The Silent House' a remarkable and critically positive unsettling.
