Info Post
Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia is set to star on a new NBC drama sourced from a graphic novel called Rest. Re-teaming with the network after he earning his big break as Peter Petrelli on Heroes, Ventimiglia not only topbills the project but exec produces it as well.

The comic book, adapted by writer Philip Levens (Smallville), follows a twentysomething excessive-workaholic New Yorker named John Barret who undergoes a drug test in order to remove his need of sleep. Barret goes mad for the drugs, driving in many grave consequences. Since the comic book was launched four years ago, rumors began to spread that the material was going to be adapted to screen, small or big. More on this news as we hear more.

Meanwhile, Ventimiglia has worked with a Crackle original series called Chosen, which tapped him for the role of Ian Mitchell, a lawyer father who was left with a mysterious box in front of his doorstep. The box contained a pistol and a photo of a person he is instructed to kill in the next three days. Mitchell's life is changed forever. The series will also Nicky Whelan, Diedrich Bader and Awkward star Brett Davern. The Crackle original is under the helm of Ben Ketai.

To those who are in the US territory, you can watch full-length uncut movies over Crackle all for free. Chosen, will also be streaming in the website. Crackle is currently unavailable to other regions than US and Canada.

Watch the trailer blow.
