TV: 'Game of Thrones' Returning March 2013! (Debut Poster)

The acclaimed HBO series is returning for its third season premiering March 31st next year. A poster was recently released as to announce that the lengthy wait of 300+ days are near finished. You can view the poster full, as you read on to the very end.

Based on George R.R. Martin's bestseller series of novels A Song of Ice and Fire, the show adds a couple of cast members like Diana Rigg (Avengers TV series) as Olenna Tyrell, Mackenzie Crook as wildling raider Orell, and Coldplay drummer Will Champion in a guest role.

Reports say that the third season will only take what is half of Martin's lengthy book A Storm of Swords. The other half shall be covered in the later season. All details are still under wraps but we will post them as this one develops. In the meantime, browse some more news on TV and movies.
