Info Post
I've got to admit, I am more excited to watch 'The Dark Knight Rises' than 'The Amazing Spiderman', 'The Avengers' even. The difference is darn a big one. I'm "hyped" for TDKR. Now that we're only two days before it goes blockbuster to the world, I'm exponentially having some worries--some very weird and unnecessary worries that might and I hope might not be warranted upon seeing the film--about 'Rises'.

Before we get to our feature, you may want to learn unknown stuff about TDKR first, you can by clicking here. Now, I've came up with 3 reasons to watch and not to watch the approaching comic book movie awesomeness...or a potential disappointment, just so we're prepared although the chances of disappointing is very slim. Oh, well.

REASONS TO WATCH

1. CHRISTOPHER NOLAN

Christopher Nolan has got to be one of the top directors of this generation. He has offered generous load of damn amazing films, consistently, consecutively, ceaselessly. The man is a beast. And now that he is back to direct the final chapter of his well-loved trilogy, Film Police can never be more excited.

2. THE CAST AND THE BATMAN VOICE

One of the many strong cards that Nolan's Batman trilogy plays is its powerful set of actors, and in this "epic conclusion", we still have that. From the godfathers of acting to the budding new talents like Joseph Gordon-Levitt (one of my favorite actors), 'Rises' got people covered. It also stars Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy.

In addition, I find the improvement with the Batman voice enticing, not too much anymore.

3. STORY AND VILLAIN

In its predecessor, the story were climaxed incredibly powerful. It was thought-provoking and very profound as Batman labels himself as the "villain" so that Harvey Dent (who passed away anyway) will still be hero. The story to follow this very good ending will be more or less energizing.

REASONS TO NOT WATCH

1. THERE IS NO JOKER

Heath Ledger as the Joker is something that is worth more than the movie ticket. Admit it, Joker is perhaps the only reason that 'The Dark Knight' has been so infectious to many audience, that is besides the direction of Christopher Nolan. Now that there's no Joker in the movie, I'm pretty worried to see Batman battling a villain that is still terrifying but way more serious than the previous one, that's less fun.

2. EXPECTATIONS

With the bars set too high, it's extremely worrying that this won't meet the standards that the first film has set. It's a security however that the cast is powerhouse but still, with a movie so iconic followed up by another movie don't just work all the time.

3. THIRD MOVIES ARE USUALLY SLACK

Okay, let's give examples: Sam Raimi's Spiderman trilogy has always been a passable movie series to me. The third one is a complete mess. Although this has been almost a "convention" to trilogy movies, I hope that this will not happen to 'Rises'.

BONUS REASON: In a TLS episode, Letterman probably had spoiled the ending...that's no fun!

With this, I am a longer way to skeptical in watching it, because it is no doubt a very good movie. It's just that, 'TDKR' follows up an already iconic movie that is very difficult to surpass. Follow us on Twitter so we can be tweet buddies!
