Info Post
With the money that Hotel Transylvania grossed in it's really no surprise that a new sequel is cooking. A  Sony Animation sleeper, it earned over $250 million worldwide, far bigger money than what is expected before its release.

Transylvania reunites your favorite monsters from classic monster movies like Dracula, Frankenstein (and his nagger bride), the overly procreative werewolves, Bigfoot and many more. This maybe is the reason behind the commercial success and it has to be because it has trump on Joseph-Gordon Levitt's Looper and stayed solid in the entire month of September.

Genndy Tartakovsky, who did the first one behind-cam, has not confirmed to direct the sequel which means it's still on a search. Tartakovsky is currently at work to another Sony Pictures Animation, Popeye (yes, Popeye - that sailor) which has nabbed a September 26th release in 2014.

This one is good news, kids. But as far as animations go, I'm very much excited for Despicable Me 2 and Rise of the Guardians.
