After debuting its trailer two months ago, Jonathan Levine's Warm Bodies became all the craze for zombie fans. Written and directed by Levine (50/50), the movie follows a teenage zombie named R (Nicholas Hoult) who inevitably (and inexplicably) falls in love with a human being (Teresa Palmer). Summit Entertainment just released the first four minutes of the movie as a preview. Watch the clip below.
The clip, in frankness, looks a lot of fun. The movie starts with our hero zombie wandering around a lifeless airport, ranting and providing us some back story (or none) on how the zombie apocalypse broke out. Hoult (X-Men: First Class) honestly looks like he's going to do good for the role. Shrugging on a rotting undead, "This is what I have to look forward to," says R.
The movie also stars Rob Corddry (Hot Tub Time Machine), Dave Franco (21 Jump Street), Analeigh Tipton (Damsels in Distress) and John Malkovich (Red). It opens on theaters February 1st.
