Will.i.am Calls New Michael Jackson Release 'Disrespectful'

Will.i.am is far from excited about the release of "Michael," the first posthumous Michael Jackson album set for a Dec. 14 release on Epic. In fact, the Black Eyed Peas frontman says that the album is "disrespectful" to the pop singer's legacy. "Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are… to say that what [Michael] contributed during his life wasn't enough," says Will.i.am, who plans on never releasing the music he made with Jackson in 2006. Jessica Simpson Not Getting a Prenup?

Jessica Simpson lost millions in her divorce with Nick Lachey because the power couple had no prenuptial agreement, and the singer might be repeating her mistakes. Simpson is reportedly not getting a prenup for her upcoming marriage to former football player Eric Johnson, which was announced over the weekend. ( PopEater)

Guns N' Roses Planning 'Chinese Democracy' Follow-Up

Guns N' Roses guitarist DJ Ashba hinted that the band will soon start work on a follow-up to their 2008 release "Chinese Democracy." He also suggested that the new effort will come much quicker than "Democracy," which took 13 years in total to create from start to finish. "You know, Axl [Rose] has a lot of good shit up his sleeve, so I'm excited about it," says Ashba, who also said that some U.S. dates might be announced for February. (Rolling Stone)


Billy Corgan Slams Pavement on Twitter

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan took to Twitter to discreditPavement, who will be playing with the Pumpkins for a Brazil date of their current world tour. Corgan compared the upcoming gig to a New Orleans funeral, saying that Pavement represents "the death of the alternative dream" and accusing the band of "having no love." ( Pitchfork)


Rihanna Sports Red Hair Extensions

Rihanna was seen today (Nov. 15) rocking red hair extensions while walking the streets of New York City. The singer also wore a Jennifer Meyer necklace specifically designed for her while heading with her crew to a meeting in midtown Manhattan. ( Just Jared)
