Info Post

Matthew Vaughn has turned down directing credits for X-Men: Days of Future Past which had director Bryan Singer to take over. Since then development has been on a decent pace, the director constantly tweeting what is allowed to be spilled. Today, Singer announced (via Twitter) a couple of cast members to reprise their roles for the upcoming superhero blockbuster epic. Among names are Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen as Professor Xavier and Magneto, and James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender as their younger versions.

The Hunger Games's Jennifer Lawrence will be reprising her role as Mystique and Nicholas Hoult, star of Singer's upcoming blockbuster Jack: The Giant Slayer, returns to play as Beast. Here are the exact tweets.

This I know is good news, and what's there left (in my opinion) is to put a couple of underexposed faces like Gambit and have an intense debate on even putting Wolverine ("RAWWWRRR. I'm so angry, I like to kill someone and break things") and Cyclops (Mr. Bossy) in the movie.

Based on the 141st and the 142nd 'Uncanny X-Men' comics, Days of Future Past will concern the X-Men in an alternate future wherein an important part of the government is killed, triggering a chaotic battle involving sentinels. The Chris Claremont and John Bryne comic book is translated into film by screenwriter Simon Kinberg whose most credible work is the recent Sherlock Holmes

The pic is hoped to reach screens by 18th of July, 2014.
