Some things are worthy of wait and I'm pretty sure the first Evil Dead poster is a similar deal. After letting a couple of stills and viral photos to pass, we finally get on our hands the first poster for the film, featuring a possessed young woman. "The Most Terrifying Film You Will Ever Experience," and more and more I can feel it coming. You can see the debut poster as you head to the very end of this post.
Under Film District and directed by Fede Alverez, the remake of the Sam Raimi cult classic concerns five young friends who unknowingly summon a troop of demonic creatures ('Deadites'), terrorizing them until their forthcoming demise finally arrive. The pic stars Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Elizabeth Blackmore, and Jessica Lucas. Bruce Campbell, who appeared in the original film, is rumored to appear on a role for the film.
