The setup: Flying out from LAX, a group of passengers and crew of a plane are forced to go under immediate landing and get trapped inside a terminal. Mayhem, among the group ensues as rage infects people.
In a genre of which it is no secret that it is killed by sequels and remakes, the horror genre could have been proud to have Quarantine 2: Terminal to fall to its category. It holds on to an imagery that resembles greatly to an NBC miniseries, specifically 'Pandora's Clock'; and stirred with a bloodier mixture that the collective work is better than I had compared it. Shocks are unnervingly shocking turning my gut to encounter something disagreeing. It's clearly Quarantine 2: Terminal's fate: to be a good sequel to a horror--some cheap elements on the side, novelty fading out, but fortunately rare to sight slowness and laziness.
A burden to the viewers: to avoid being disgusted, shocked, and get eyes-closed. 3.5 stars!
