In the recent cinematic mishap, Project X, there was one character that tugs interest: J.B. He's the silent but stuffed with witty one-liners; something that the movie dramatically lacked. He was, in my opinion, one of the very few assets of the movie.
People seemed to have a keen eye too and have Jonathan Daniel Brown (J.B. from Project X) land on another feature: Milo. Brown will work with Ken Marino, Gillian Jacobs and Peter Stormare in the flick that is about a man (Marino) who, learns that he has a demon living inside his stomach, more specifically, in his intestines. He tells it to come out and allow it to live with him, but it must remember who's boss.
Pic's interesting as dumb as it sounds, and will have names like Jacob Vaughan (director, editor to Jeff, Who Lives at Home) and Benjamin Hayes (script) attached to it. The Duplass brothers (Cyrus) are taking the exec production responsibilities.
After Milo, Brown crash lands on another feature (boy's lucky considering Project X's his debut in feature) Kid Cannibis, a drama about drugs with John Stockwell (Cat Run, Cheaters) attached to direct.
