Info Post

Jason Statham, as his movies came and went, proved one thing: he's has his own way of looking stern while kicking ass. He's likable as an actor, and, well honestly badass. He's got a movie coming up called Parker, a crime thriller based on a series of books by Donald E. Westlake and plays a professional thief whose moral ought to be admirable. He doesn't heist the poor, he heist the people who deserve it. One heist he gets double crossed by his gang, stealing away his load of money and leaving him to die out there. He devises a plan to take revenge on his ex-"colleagues" with the help of Leslie played by Jennifer Lopez.

Yes. JLo's in a Jason Statham movie--believe me I'm shocked as you are right now. I mean, JLo always had made a crap load of horrible movies in the past, though it can't be dismissed that she a thing or two about acting, and now she's side by side with Statham kicking some thugs's ass. We ought to see where this movie goes and as always I will keep you guys on track. (I need to pray to the Lord that this doesn't mess up Statham, because he did a wonderful job with Safe, and he's finally walking on the rails again. I really need to pray.)

Anyway, IGN just posted the first poster for the film and I'm required to say that it looks "meh". A couple of friends came in the room, and they told me that if it weren't for the titles and credits, the art would look like a cover of a seven-dollar crime thriller paperback. As much as I'm excited to see Statham again outside his The Expendables posse, and do his thing on his own, I can't shake off the feeling that things might go in bad directions here. Filmmakers: do this right, or I'll snap your necks in one instant. Sorry. :( No, I'm not sorry.

Directed by Taylor Hackford (Ray) Check out the first poster as you head inside.
